Newly formed Pilsen Chamber of Commerce announces strategic partnership with the Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce
CHICAGO May 5, 2022 – Pilsen Neighbors Community Council, in collaboration with long-time Pilsen business owners, officially announce the creation of the Pilsen Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber is the first collective of its kind in Pilsen, made up of members that are part of the fabric of the neighborhood as residents, but also as business owners and active members of the community. Initially, the partnership will serve as a resource hub offering bilingual support for entrepreneurs located within the 608-area code.
PARTNERSHIP WITH THE ILLINOIS HISPANIC CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
The Pilsen Chamber of Commerce has entered a strategic partnership with the Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in hopes of creating an inclusive economic environment for business owners in Pilsen, the partnership will be formally announced at the National Museum of Mexican Art on May 5th, 2022 (Cinco de Mayo)
A press conference announcing the partnership will be held at The National Museum of Mexican Art at 1852 w 19th St in the Courtyard Gallery on Thursday, May 5 at 10am
